Malvern Ngoh, DBA

Malvern Ngoh is the Treasurer and a Board member of SpringWell360. In his capacity, his responsibilities include financial oversight, budgeting, financial reporting, audit preparation, fundraising support, compliance, risk management, and board collaboration. Mr. Ngoh has had significant engagement in non profits. He co-founded and is a a board member of Agnes Memorial, a non profit in West Africa providing education to those at the bottom of the pyramid. Malvern has has had a successful career in finance and is currently an investment banker covering financial sponsors. He has a doctorate in Finance from Sacred Heart University, a MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport.
