SpringWell360 was founded by Nadine Spring, PhD, who witnessed firsthand the consequences of underrepresentation in clinical trials—a critical issue affecting health outcomes for marginalized communities. Despite making up nearly 40% of the U.S. population, people of color account for less than 20% of clinical trial participants, with Black Americans representing only 5% and Hispanic/Latino populations 1% in FDA drug trials. This lack of diversity leads to gaps in medical knowledge and treatments that are not tailored to the unique needs of diverse populations.

At SpringWell360, we are committed to promoting health equity, research justice, and optimal wellness for underserved communities. Our team of experts works to bridge the gap in healthcare disparities by advocating for increased diversity in clinical trials, fostering inclusivity in medical studies, and ensuring that research is representative of the communities it seeks to serve. By championing representation, we aim to contribute to a more comprehensive and equitable healthcare system that considers the biological, environmental, and social determinants of health across all demographics.

Through innovative approaches and research advocacy, SpringWell360 is dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to high-quality healthcare, paving the way for more effective and inclusive medical advancements.
